C.A.S.T.L.E. - Clean & Sober Transitional Living Environment

Transitional Housing: CORR currently has 6 houses, 4 for women and 2 for men.

C.A.S.T.L.E. is a clean and sober environment that supports you as you slowly enter everyday life after the insanity of alcohol and drug abuse.

At C.A.S.T.L.E. you have the opportunity to achieve goals. The staff at CoRR are there to help you build and maintain a clean and sober lifestyle and to become functionally independent.

"At the CASTLE House I got my children back, I met my best friend and I gained independence."

C.A.S.T.L.E. is located in the beautiful Brunswick Basin close to shopping, bus lines, Sierra College and Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital.

There are separate facilities for men and for women. Children are accepted at the women's house on a case by case basis.

Residents at C.A.S.T.L.E. have a variety of self improvement classes available to them:

  • parenting
  • anger management
  • life skills
  • money management

Requirements

All residents are approved on an individual basis. There is a clean time requirement, the resident must be in treatment at CoRR where their progress is closely monitored and they must be moving forward with schooling and/or employment. Above all, there must be a willing and eager desire to live a life free from alcohol and drugs.

Cost

Sliding fee scale or partial funding may be available to qualified applicants.
