Drug Free Workplace: Employee Assistance Program (E.A.P.)

This program is designed to assist employers and employees alike in maintaining a drug free workplace along with other possible problem area's for employee's, i.e. marital, family, financial, health and other destructive behaviors that can affect the performance of a valued employee.

Area Employers may contact our services and their employees may access our services and referral services.

This program meets all State, Federal and Department of Transportation regulations retaining to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) safety regulations, and drug-free workplace regulations.

This program provides all necessary services A-Z to allow a contracting employer to maintain compliance with the above mandated regulations, and to comply productivity, work place safety, and lower company insurance rates.

At the present time Community Recovery Resources has numerous contracts county wide. CORR will develop a Drug Free Policy that will incorporate your individual business needs, provide consulting and program implementation, provide drug and alcohol testing and counseling services for all your employees.

The Department of Transportation requires that all companies who have drivers in their employee must be on a random testing program and have a strict Substance Abuse Policy.
