Executive Management

Warren Daniels CADC II, Executive Director
Warren has served as executive director for NCSA/CORR since 2001, and has been with the agency for nine years. In addition to his CADC II certification, Warren also has earned the following: B.A. in Addictive Disorders, Breining Institute; International Certified Addictions Counselor; Registered Addiction Specialist; National Certified Addictions Counselor; is a graduate of the U.S.C. Health Leadership Institute; and a member of the California Association of Drug Court Professionals. Warren received the 2001 James Fulton Memorial Award, recognizing him as California’s outstanding alcohol and drug counselor for that year. Warren is the past-president of the California Association of Drug and Alcohol Counselors. He also serves on the Finance Committee for the International Consortium and Reciprocity of Drug Counselors.

Management/Clinical

Dr. Aaron Jason Clevelend MD, Medical Director
As an acknowledged expert in the field of addiction, Dr. Aaron Cleveland is the newest physician to join CoRR’s Medical Team. Dr. Clevelend is a Suboxone Certified Physician and is the Medical Director for our program designed to treat opiate dependent clients.

Melissa Haskins CADC II, Hope House Program Director
The director of Hope House since 2006. She began with the agency as an attendant at Hope House in 2002, and progressively worked her way up through the organization. Melissa obtained her AODA education through Breining Institute and became CAADAC certified in 2007.

Jeffery Jones CADC II, ICADC, CCJP, SAP, Clinical Director
Jeff has been with CORR since 1999. Prior to joining the agency, Jeff had served in various modalities of mental health and alcohol and drug counseling positions since 1995. Jeff was the recipient of the 2003 James Fulton Memorial Award as California’s outstanding alcohol and drug counselor of the year and is a member of the California and National Association of Drug Court Professionals. Jeff has been CADC II certified since 1999 and also holds the credential as a Certified Criminal Justice Professional (CCJP). Jeff is a graduate of the University of Southern California Health Leadership Institute and Sierra Health Foundation.. Prior to entering the field, Jeff was a manager with the Kimberly-Clark Corporation for 17 years.

Administrative Management

Ariel King Lovett, Development Director
Ariel King Lovett is Director of Development at Community Recovery Resources (CoRR) and responsible for spearheading CoRR’s grant funding, fundraising, marketing, and community relations. Ariel has served in Nevada County social services for nearly nine years, developing, funding, and managing numerous family support and community health education initiatives. She has served as a consultant to Nevada County Child Protective Services and Nevada County Public Health and in 2009, Ariel developed and wrote the successful 5.6 million dollar federal Safe Schools/Healthy Students grant. A Nevada Union Alumna, Ariel graduated with honors from UC Santa Cruz and after traveling extensively and working in Portland and San Francisco, returned to Nevada City where she lives with her husband and two beautiful children, and horses, dogs, cats, and chickens. She volunteers teaching Spanish in Grass Valley School District and serves on the Board of Directors for the Food Bank of Nevada County.

Elaine Seidel, Operations Director
Elaine joined CoRR in August 2005 and oversees the administrative functions of the agency, which includes human resources, contract management, licensing/safety compliance and facilities management for CoRR’s numerous locations. In February 2010, she graduated from a year long Women’s Health Leadership program affiliated with the Center for Collaborative Planning based in Sacramento. Prior to joining CoRR, she resided in Auburn and managed a family business before making a career change to the insurance industry for 8 years, specializing in non-profit risk management.

Clinical Staff

Sommer (Wadman) Dobbins RRW, Adolescent Counselor & Assistant to Medical Director
Sommer is currently a Registered Recovery Worker (RRW), and rigorously working towards obtaining CADCA by fulfilling academic requirements through Yuba Community College at this time. She is presently working with the Adolescent Department, Intake Team and is assistant to Medical Director; Dr.Cleveland.

Jennifer Bente CADC II, Senior Counselor
Jennifer joined CORR in 1998 as a counselor intern, and has steadily risen within the organization. In addition to her excellence as a counselor, she has exemplary administrative and business skills. After completing her education at Breining Institute, Jennifer received her CAADAC certification in 2001. Jennifer supervises the agency’s quality assurance program.

CeCe Billieu CADC II, Counselor/Intake Coordinator
CeCe oversees and schedules the DUI program for CORR. She has been with the agency since 1997.

Kathy Black CADC I, AOD Counselor
Kathy began here as a Counselor Intern in 2004. She received her CADC I Certification in 2007 and is Counseling in our Outpatient and DUI Programs.

Becka Callahan CADC II, Adolescent Services Coordinator
Becka joined CoRR in 2003 with a background in Literature and the Arts. Since then she graduated from Breining and received CADC II Certification. As the Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor for our Adolescent Programs she and her team helped develop our in-school and Juvenile Hall programs.

Christine Findley CADCA, AOD Counselor/Transitional Housing Administrator/ Drug Testing Coordinator
With the agency since 2002, Christine is an Alcohol and Drug Counselor, she graduated from Breining in 2007 and will be completing her testing to become CADC Certified. Christine became a Certified Professional Collector through the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) in 2004. She also manages the women’s transitional houses.

Chris Frye CADCA, Counselor Intern
Chris joined the CoRR family in 2007 as the Counselor Clerk assisting clients at the front desk. Chris became an Registered Recovery Worker now works as a counselor. She's currently studying for her CADC Credentials.

Bonnie Hampton MFT, Staff Therapist
Bonnie has provided therapy services to CoRR clients since 2002, and has been a practicing therapist for over 25 years.

Lori Haugen CADCA, Intake Coordinator
Lori has been with CoRR since 2006. She is currently studying for her CADC and is an intern counselor.

Karl Hexberg CADC II, DUI Counselor
Karl joined CoRR's clinical counseling team in 2003 although his work in various modalities of substance abuse treatment began in 1998. In addition to his CADC II certification, Karl is also an International Certified Addictions Counselor. He also works for the California Certification Board of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors as an Orals Commissioner and serves on the board of directors of the California Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors.

David Lester RRW, Couselor Intern
David joined CoRR's team in 2009 working on both the prevention and treatment side of substance abuse. David graduated from Sacramento State in 2007 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. He is currently a Registered Recovery Worker attending Breining Institute to obtain a degree in Addiction Studies. David works in the adolescent department as the facilitator for the Student Intervention Program, gender specific ADAPT group and drug diversion in local schools.

Gustavo Lopez RRW, AOD Counselor
With the agency as a counselor in Truckee since 1997, Gustavo has been instrumental in making an outreach to Truckee’s Spanish speaking community, and provides Spanish language services at the Grass Valley service center.

Alison Olsen LADC, Life Skills Coordinator/Counselor
With a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Antioch University, Alison has been an alcohol and drug counselor since 1985. In addition to counseling, Alison has 10+ years experience in program and executive management in treatment and recovery services. Alison is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor through the State of Nevada.

Walter Pedersen CADC II, Outpatient Counselor
Walter joined CORR in 2006. He completed his AOD education through Yuba College in Marysville, CA in 2007.

Bob Rogers, Program Coordinator, Batterers' Program and Project Jumpstart/HIV Counselor/CHOW/
Bob has been with the agency since 2005. He began managing the Men’s Transitional House. He currently facilitates the Batterers Intervention Program, as well as managing CoRR's extensive computer network for all locations. Bob is also the Program Coordinator for Project Jumpstart and does Community Health Outreach and HIV Testing and Counseling.

Eric Smith CADCA, Counselor
Eric began working at CoRR in 2008 as a counselor intern and has since received certification as a CADCA, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Associate. Eric is currently working as a counselor in DUI, Outclient and Beyond Bars Programs as well as the Juvenile Hall Adolescent prevention programs.

John Sutro MFT, Staff Therapist
After serving 30 years with Santa Clara County Probation as a probation officer, John “retired” to Nevada County, whereupon he contracted with Nevada County Drug Court as a therapist. John specializes in helping children, youth and families who have addiction issues.

Administrative Support

Jonel Landry, Administrative Assistant
Jonel has worked with the agency since August 2005. Her excellent organizational skills are an asset to CoRR's administrative department.

Sherry Mathews, Child Care Attendant
Sherry Currently facilitates the CoRR Care Childcare Program. She cares for children while parents are engaged in CoRR's treatment programs.

Shelley Rogers, Development Associate/Program Coordinator for Coalition for a Drug Free Nevada County
Shelley began with the agency in 2005. Shelley is part of the Development Department Team where her focus is marketing CoRR's treatment programs, fund-raising and public relations. On the prevention side of substance abuse, Shelley also holds the position of Program Coordinator of the Coalition for a Drug Free Nevada County. With an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts, Shelley is continuing her education toward a Bachelors Degree in Communications Studies with an emphasis on Public Relations.

Mariah Sullivan, Counselor Clerk
Mariah started at Hope House as an on call attendant and later came to work at the Grass Valley Service Center as the Counselor Clerk. Mariah is the first friendly face you see when you walk in CoRR's lobby.

Maintenance

Harland Joined CoRR in 2007 keeping our Grass Valley Service Center a clean, comfortable and safe environment for the clients we serve.
