Goals
- Ensure the highest standards of practice in providing chemical dependency treatment and prevention services to all those in need by implementing an effective "continuum of care" to accomplish CORR mission.

Services Strategy (Goal #1)
Implement an effective continuum of care to accomplish the CORR mission by ensuring the highest standards of practice in providing chemical dependency treatment and prevention services to all in need.
- Identify the components necessary for a continuum of care.
- Utilize a workgroup comprised of key staff to identify components.
- Identify components currently in place and components needed.
- Maintain ongoing quality assurance to ensure components are necessary.
- Develop strategy to create identified components needed.
- Board and staff to utilize workgroups to create strategies
- Identify what is needed to implement strategies.
- Create policies and procedures that support the employment of qualified people.
- Executive Director to delegate writing necessary policies and procedures.
- Reevaluate staff when new policies and procedures are in place.
- Maintain a staffing plan that requires the use of qualified staff.
- Develop comprehensive benefits package for all employees.
- Create training programs for all levels of staff.

- Implement a communications strategy, which includes media.
